NHS Southport & Formby CCG app for iPhone and iPad

This NHS SFCCG (NHS Southport & Formby Clinical Commissioning Group) My Health app has been developed to offer patients a range of health and well-being services direct to their smartphones. Core health information such as local services (GPs, Hospitals, Walk-in centres and much more) sit alongside health advice from both NHS Choices and NHS Direct. Patients in the Southport and Formby areas can also use a range of tools such as the NHS Choices Symptom Checker to further understand their health issues.

Weve also included a range of other useful tools including Universal Jobmatch from JobCentre Plus, as well as as access to your local council services.
